cheesy potato cassarole
These are easy and my family loves them. Things don't have to be hard to make to taste good.

Ingredients For cheesy potato cassarole

6potatoes (peeled)

1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cmilk
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
18 oz carton sour cream

1/4 cchopped onion
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper or to taste

cooked and chopped bacon (optional)
How To Make cheesy potato cassarole

1Cook potatoes and mash with a fork. Combine cheese, butter and milk in a saucepan and cook over low heat until butter and cheese melts.

2Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, onions, salt, pepper and cooked bacon (if you are using it). Fold in potatoes.

3Put mixture in a 2 quart casserole and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
