    beef stew meat
  • 2 lg
    potatoes
  • 1 lb
    carrots
  • 2 lg
    onions grated
  • 1 stalk
    celery sliced
  • 2
    pods fresh okra
  • 2 can
    peas in juice
  • 1 can
    green beans in juice
  • 2 can
    tomato soup
  • 1 1/2 can
    water
  • 1 can
    corn
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cascade stew by eddie

    Trim stew meat of fat.

    Cut potatoes and carrots in chunks.

    Mix all ingredients together in a large oven proof pan, cover

    Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
