Ingredients For cannon bomb potatoes

  • 1 bag
    5lb. potatoes
  • 5 lg
    turnips
  • 1/2 stick
    butter, cold
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • salt&pepper to taste
  • 1 qt
    water

How To Make cannon bomb potatoes

  • 1
    Pill and chopped potatoes and turnips. Put in large pot of water with a little salt. Boil until tender.

    Drain water off place in mixing bowl and mash add butter and a little of the milk and salt and pepper to taste. and serve.
