It's a family tradition that we always have candied sweet potatoes on Thanksgiving.

Ingredients For candied sweet potatoes with marshmallow creme

  • 1 (29 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup marshmallow creme

How To Make candied sweet potatoes with marshmallow creme

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 2 quart casserole dish with cooking spray. Place the sweet potatoes in the casserole dish. Combine the sugar, butter, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour the sugar mixture over the sweet potatoes. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Top with marshmallow crème and bake an additional 5 minutes.
