buttery baked potato wedges
This recipe was in a book that I bought for my daughter when she was about 8. It was call, "My First Cooking Book". I have made a few alterations but not much. My family have love these potatoes for 50 years.

Ingredients For buttery baked potato wedges

8 mdpotatoes

1/2 - 3/4 stickbutter, melted

1 tspseasoning salt
How To Make buttery baked potato wedges

1Heat oven to 450º Put butter in a 10" square container. (I use corning ware because I have it) While you prepare potatoes melt butter while oven heats.

2Wash well and dry the potatoes. Leave skin on and slice in wedges length ways.

3Put potatoes in prepared pan. Stir the potatoes in the butter to coat. Sprinkle season salt on them. I use (Lawry's Season Salt) but you can use your favorite.

4Bake for 30 minutes or till lightly brown of outside and soft in middle.
