SOOOOO I USED THEM FOR STEAK FRIES N USED SOME SEASONN WE LIKE.....THIS IS HOW MY DELICIOUS MEXICAN BAKD FRIED STEAK FRIES WER BORN ;) NEXT TIME I WILL MELT CHEDDAR/MONT JACK CHEESE ...& CHOPPD CHILIS....DID I HEAR SOUP DIPPERS?....OOOOOO BABY !!

2SPRINKLE CHILI POWDR N CUMIN ONTO BAKD POTATO WEDGES....THEN CAREFULLY PLACE ON CUT SIDE IN HOT OIL N COOK FOR 3 MIN. OR UNTIL BROWND.

3TURN POTATOES TO OTHER CUT SIDE N COOK FOR ADDTL 3 MIN. OR UNTIL BROWND. REMOVE WITH SLOTTD SPOON TO PLATE N SPRINKLE WITH SALT....THEN ENJOY ;)
