Ingredients For bacon, ham and sharp cheddar au gratin potatoes

9 mdpotatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

4 slicethick bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cdiced ham
-
1/4 cflour
-
1/2 cbutter or margerine

4 ozvelveeta, diced
-
16 ozsharp cheddar cheese, grated
-
2 canevaporated milk
-
1 tspwater to make 4 cups liquid with milk

1 tspgarlic, salt and pepper mix, or to taste

1 smonion, chopped
How To Make bacon, ham and sharp cheddar au gratin potatoes

1Cook bacon until crisp, chop and set aside

2Saute onions in bacon fat until soft, drain excess fat from skillet. Add butter and flour, cook until it forms a paste. Slowly add milk and water mixture, cook on med until sauce thickens, add Velveeta and stir off heat until melted.

3Spray 9 by 13 dish with cooking spray. Add small amount sauce to bottom of pan. Add layer of potatoes, 1/3 of ham, 1/3 of bacon and cover with 1/4 of sauce and 1/4 of grated cheddar. Repeat layers 2 more times, ending with cheese sauce, cheddar cheese and bacon. Bake at 400 for app 1 hour.
