Ingredients For southwestern couscous

1cup water

i/2 tspsalt

3/4cup couscous

2 1/2 Tbspfresh lime juice

1 1/2 Tbspolive oil

1/2 tspground cumin
-
1/2 crinsed and drained can black beans

1/2 cchopped tomato
-
1/3 cchopped fresh cilantro
How To Make southwestern couscous

1Bring 1 cup water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan,gradually stir in couscous.Remove from heat,cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

2While couscous stands,combine lime juice,olive oil and cumin in a large bowl,stir with a whisk. Stir in beans and next 3 ingredients. Add Couscous,toss gently with a fork and serve
