Ingredients For pasta kugel

12 ozvermicelli or fine noodles, cooked and drained and broken in half

1 pkg(8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/4 cbutter, melted

4eggs, beaten

1 csour cream

1/2 csugar
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1/2 cgolden raisins (optional)

1/4 tspcinnamon
How To Make pasta kugel

1Cream cheese and butter, mixing until well blended.

2Blend in eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and salt.

3Add cooked pasta and raisins. Mix well.

4Pour mixture into a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

5Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
