Ingredients For homemade mac and cheese

8 oz boxelbow noodles

2 cshredded cheddar/sharp cheese

1/2 cparmesan cheese fresh grated

1/4 creal butter
-
2 1/2 Tbspflour
-
1 tsppaprika
-
1sleeve ritz crackers smashed into crumbs for topping

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make homemade mac and cheese

1Cook elbow noodles to eldentae usually 7/8 minutes. Drain and cool

2Melt butter and flour making a roux. Add milk slowly stir in cheeses until melted add paprika salt and pepper.

3Stir in together pour in 8x8 or 8x9 pan add ritz crackers to top cook at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
