1 pkg(8 ounces) dry elbow macaroni

1 Tbspmargarine

1/3 call purpose flour

1/2 cgreek yogurt

1 ccold milk

1 chalf and half
-
1 ccrumbled feta cheese

3/4 cshredded parmesan cheese

3/4 cshredded white cheddar cheese

1 cshredded swiss cheese

3/4 csliced black olives
-
1 Tbspgreek seasoning
How To Make greek macaroni and cheese

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Coat a 2-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.

2Cook macaroni according to package directions.

3Place margarine and flour in a large saucepan,Gradually add greek yogurt,half and half and milk,stirring with a whisk until blended.Cook over medium heat until thick(about 8 minutes),stirring constantly.

4Add cheeses;cook 3 minutes or until cheese melts,stirring frequently. Remove from heat;stir in macaroni,olives and greek seasoning.

5Spoon mixture into a prepared casserole dish. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
