goulash dumplings
My mother was of German heritage but was born in Yugoslavia. She made goulash and dumpling at least once a week. Our favorite part of course was the dumplings. We always wanted more. When I make it for my family, I usually triple the recipe.

How To Make goulash dumplings

1Beat egg with fork.

2Add one cup water. Stir.

3Mix into flour with fork.

4Drop into salted boiling water by teaspoon.

5Cook 5 minutes, strain, and serve.
