If you like your macaroni & cheese topped with breadcrumbs, you can add them before cooking the last 10 minutes.

Ingredients For five cheese macaroni & cheese

  • 3 c
    macaroni, dry
  • 2 1/2
    inches cut from a large loaf of velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 slice
    swiss cheese, torn into pieces
  • 1/4 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 c
    milk

How To Make five cheese macaroni & cheese

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2
    Cook macaroni according to directions and drain.
  • 3
    Place macaroni in a 3 quart baking dish. Add all cheeses and stir.
  • 4
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and stir melted cheese to mix thoroughly.

    Add milk and mix well. If it appears too dry add a little more milk.
  • 6
    Place back in oven and cook for 10 more minutes.
