Ingredients For creamy bow tie pasta

1 cuncooked bow tie pasta

1 1/2 tspbutter

2 1/2 tspolive oil

1 1/2 tspflour

1/2 tspminced garlic

1 dashsalt

1/2 tspdried basil

1/4 tspcrushed red pepper flakes

3 Tbspmilk

3 Tbspchicken broth

2 Tbspshredded parmesan cheese

How To Make creamy bow tie pasta

1Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in oil, flour, garlic and seasonings until blended.

2Gradually add milk and broth. Bring to boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or so until slightly thickened.

3Remove from heat. Stir in cheese and sour cream. Drain pasta and toss with sauce.
