Ingredients For coconut kugel

1 pkg(8 ounces) fine noodles, cooked

4eggs

3 cmilk or coconut milk

1 csugar

2 tspvanilla

1/4 cbutter, melted

3/4 cshredded coconut
How To Make coconut kugel

1Beat the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl. Stir in the cooked noodles. Pour the noodle mixture into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan.

2Pour the melted butter over the noodles, then top with the coconut.

3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour. If desired, can mix melted butter and coconut before putting on kugel.
