Ingredients For chinese dragon noodles

8 ozwide lo-mein noodles

4 Tbspbutter

1 tspred pepper flakes

2 lgeggs, beaten

2 Tbspdark brown sugar

2 Tbsptamari
-
2 Tbspsriracha sauce

1/2 bunchcilantro
-
2green onions, sliced thin
How To Make chinese dragon noodles

1In a large saucepan bring a pot of water to a boil.

2When boiling add Lo-mein noodles.

3Boil for 6 minutes.

4In a small bowl whisk together the brown sugar, tamari and sriracha sauce. Set aside.

5In a large skillet melt butter over medium heat.

6Add red pepper flakes, whisking for 1 minute.

7Add beaten eggs, whisking for 2 minutes or until cooked through.

8Remove from heat.

9Drain noodles, add to skillet with cooked eggs.

10Toss well to combine.

11Add sauce mixture, tossing well to combine.

12Turn the heat on low to evaporate excess liquid. You want your noodles glossy. About 2-3 minutes.

13Pour into a serving bowl, top with chopped cilantro and sliced green onions.

14Toss lightly and serve hot.
