This is one of my Aunt Sylvia's great recipes. It's creamy, delicious and can be made ahead and reheated.

Ingredients For aunt sylvia's fruit kugel

1 pkg(12 ounces) fine noodles, cooked

5eggs, well beaten

1/2 cbutter or margarine, softened

1/2 ptsour cream
-
2 Tbspminute tapioca
-
2 cmilk
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 can(20 ounces) crushed pineapple or fruit cocktail, drained

1/4 csugar

1 tspcinnamon
How To Make aunt sylvia's fruit kugel

1Mix all ingredients, except 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, together and pour into a greased 11 X 14 inch pan.

2Top with cinnamon and sugar (which have been mixed together) and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
