1PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES.

2LIGHTLY BUTTER A 9 INCH SQUARE GLASS BAKING DISH OR A 1 1/2 QUART CASSEROLE DISH. CUBE THE BREAD. THIS IS EASIER IF THE BREAD IS LEFT OUT ON COUNTER ABOUT 1 HOUR.

3CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR WITH MIXER. BEAT IN EGGS. BY HAND STIR IN PINEAPPLE, MILK AND VANILLA. FOLD IN BREAD.

4BAKE 1 HOUR. SERVE HOT OR AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
