Ingredients For palukas (creamy polenta)

3 cwater

1 tspsalt

1 ccorn meal

8 ozmild cheddar cheese--shredded or grated
How To Make palukas (creamy polenta)

1Mix first three ingredients in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes and then stir and recover and microwave on HIGH another 4 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes.

2Layer the polenta in another casserole with cheese(the more the better) and microwave to melt the cheese.
