Ingredients For oatmeal-blueberry muffins

1 cplus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

6 ozuncooked regular oats

1 Tbspbaking powder

sugar substitute equalling 2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 tspsalt

1 cskim milk
-
1egg
-
1/4 cvegetable oil
-
1 cfresh blueberries

1 tspground cinnamon

vegetable cooking spray
How To Make oatmeal-blueberry muffins

1Combine flour, oats, baking powder, sugar substitute, and salt in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

2Combine egg, milk , and oil; add to dry ingrediants, stirring just until moistened. Gently fold in blueberries.

3Spoon batter into muffin pans coated with cooking spray, filling 2/3 full. Sprinkle cinnamon over muffins, and bake at 425 f for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. cool and serve
