What to do with those easter leftovers!! I had tons of hard boiled eggs and ham, why not add an avocado? These are delicious!

1 tspmayonnaise

squeeze of wasabi paste

1/2 ccooked chopped ham

1/2lime juiced

How To Make low carb green eggs & ham-avocado deviled eggs

1In a processor add cooked egg yolks, chopped avocado,teaspoon cilantro,wasabi, mayo and lime juice. Process til smooth. Fold in chopped ham. Salt & pepper to taste. Cumin adds a great touch also. Fill egg white up and top with fresh cilantro.
