I make this when I am baking a ham... it so good. just out it on you ham or rolls or taters or just what ever you like

Ingredients For ham gravy

  • 1/4 c
    corn starch
  • 1 c
    cold water
  • ham drippings

How To Make ham gravy

  • 1
    Mix corn starch and cold water together. Then put the ham drippings in a sauce pan bring to a boil. Then add the corn starch mix to the ham drippings. mix till smooth. if needed add more water. (NOTE) do not add any salt to this. to me it has plenty of salt... if you want you can always taste it to see if it needs salt or not. but I never add any salt... enjoy
