This is a recipe I made with my mother every year at Easter time. need to make 24-48 hours before your dinner.

Ingredients For easter cheese

12eggs

pinchsalt

1Quartmilk

1 tspnvanilla extract

1 or morecheese cloth
-
thread or something to tie cheese cloth
How To Make easter cheese

1pour all Ingredients in a Double Pan stir,Boil until mixture gets watery like cheese.Drain into cheese cloth tie & hang for 24 hours with bowl underneath

2untie brush top with Egg Yolk Bake @ 350 until Brown on top.
