My great-grandson is a finicky eater but loves chicken tenders, on the spur of the moment I thought I would try to make some. It went over like gang-busters and not only was he happy but everyone enjoyed and wondered when I was making more.

Ingredients For easiest chicken tenders

  • 2 cups
    crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 teas
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 teas
    paprica
  • 3
    chicken filets - sliced in bite sizes
  • 1
    egg

How To Make easiest chicken tenders

    Oven Temp; 450 Line Cookie Sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking oil.

    Place Corn Flakes and seasonings in plastic bag, roll until finely crushed.

    Beat egg with 1 Tbls. water (I used a small soup bowl for this), add a few pieces of the chicken strips to this mixture.

    With your fingers, remove the pieces and throw into bag with crushed flakes, Shake the bag allowing the chicken to become lightly coated. place on the cookie sheet, doing this until all pieces are placed on the cookie sheet. Do not let them touch each other. In 10-12 minutes your tenders are ready to serve alone or with a nice honey mustard dressing
