Ingredients For drop dumplings

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/3 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    egg, beaten

How To Make drop dumplings

  • 1
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt and set aside. Combine egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients, mixing well. Drop by teaspoons into hot chicken broth. Cover and simmer 10-15 minutes. Do not lift cover during cooking. Makes 4 servings.
