This was always a favorite of mine growing up and I still love them today. Great with almost any kind of meat.

Ingredients For corn fritters

2eggs
-
1 cancreamed corn
-
1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspsalt

vegetable oil
How To Make corn fritters

1Pour thin layer of vegetable oil in frying pan. Heat on medium heat.

2Combine all other ingredients in bowl.

3Once oil is hot, you can begin making fritters. Using a large spoon, drop into hot oil.

4Fry for 2-3 minutes per side. Place on paper towel lined dish. Serve immediately.
