Ingredients For beef and turkey melts

  • 4 oz
    sliced rare roast beef (deli)
  • 4 oz
    sliced low sodium turkey breast (deli)
  • 4 slice
    part skim mozzarella cheese (deli)
  • 2
    ciabatta rolls, split

How To Make beef and turkey melts

  • 1
    Place the rolls, cut side up, on a cookie sheet. Top one half of each roll with 1 slice of cheese, 1/2 of the beef and 1/2 of the turkey, then top with another slice of cheese.

    Place sandwiches, open faced, under broiler, until toasted to your desire. Place top of rolls on sandwiches and serve!
