2 Tbspbleu cheese dressing

1 Tbspbbq sauce
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1/2 Tbspdijon mustard

1 tspminced garlic

1 tspgrated horseradish

slaw:
-
1 cgreen cabbage. shredded
-
1/2 cred cabbage, shredded
-
1/4 cred onion
-
1 lgcarrot
-
1scallion, chopped
-
1 ccanned chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1/2 cgranny smith apple, sliced into matchsticks

1/2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
-
1 ccrisp, chopped bacon + more more garnish

1 Tbspdried cranberries
-
1 Tbspraisins
-
1 Tbspchopped pecans

1 Tbspchopped almonds
How To Make bbq bleu cheese, bacon slaw

1Mix all the dressing ingredients together with a whisk.

2Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.

3To be fancy, set aside a few of the nicest looking cabbage leaves and serve in “cabbage cups”.

4Sprinkle reserved crumbled bacon on top as garnish.

5Slaw will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
