2 canBush's baked beans, drained (28 oz each)

1 lbkielbasa, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 smonion, finely diced

1 smgreen bell pepper, finely diced

1 Tbsphoney

1/2 Tbspprepared mustard

1/2 TbspWorcestershire sauce

1/4 tspliquid smoke

1/4 - 1/2 cbrown sugar, packed

1 bottleBBQ sauce
How To Make baked beans with kielbasa

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Add the onions and bell pepper to a small sauté pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Heat until the onions are almost transparent. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

3Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl, except the kielbasa, and adjust the amounts to your taste. Add the kielbasa and stir to combine.

4Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake for an hour or until heated through and the sauce is thick. VARIATION: Substitute 1 pound of ground beef for the kielbasa. Cook the onions and peppers with the ground beef. Drain before adding to the bean mixture.
