1/2 lbcooked medium noodles

3eggs, separated

1 csugar

2 Tbspbutter, melted

3apples, sliced or chopped

1/4 cgolden raisins (optional)

1/2 cchopped nuts (optional)

How To Make apple noodle kugel

1Mix melted butter with cooked noodles.

2Add egg yolks, sugar, and other ingredients and mix well.

3Beat egg whites stiff and fold into mixture. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle on top with a cinnamon-sugar mixture, if desired. Topping: Mix ingredients together.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until browned. Serve hot.
