Ingredients For pineapple casserole

1 (20 oz.) canunsweetened, crushed pineapple

1/3 cbutter, softened

1/2 csugar

2eggs
-
2egg whites

2 Tbspall purpose flour

5 slicewhite bread, cubed
How To Make pineapple casserole

1Drain pineapple and reserve 1 c. juice. Set both aside.

2In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.

3Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Beat in egg whites.

5Stir in flour then reserved pineapple and juice.

6Gently fold in bread cubes.

7Coat a 2 quart baking dish with cooking spray. Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.

8Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly golden. Serve warm.
