Ingredients For zuccini and creamed corn quiche on a bed of sausag

  • 1 lb
    pork sausage
  • 3
    fresh cooked corn on the cob cut off the cob and creamed in chopper or food processor
  • or add a can of cream style corn
  • 4
    eggs,beaten
  • 2 c
    zuccini chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red onion chopped
  • 3/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    biscuit mix
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make zuccini and creamed corn quiche on a bed of sausag

    Brown sausage and drain off fat. Pour in the bottom of casserole dish and sit aside
  • 2
    Mix all ingredients together and pour over sausage put in a preheated 350 oven for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean
