Ingredients For zucchini casserole

2/3 coil

1 Tbspparsley flakes (optional)

3/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

2/3 cgrated parmesan cheese

1-1/4 cchopped onion

3-3/4 cgrated zucchini (about 3 medium zucchinis)

1-1/4 cbisquick
How To Make zucchini casserole

1Place zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt, and allow to sit for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, squeeze out moisture from the zucchini.

2Beat eggs until frothy. Mix in oil, parsley, 3/4 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients, in order given.

3Pour into shallow greased 9 inch casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. Serve hot.
