Ingredients For yummy sweet potato cassarole

large sweet potato
2 can

coconut milk, unsweetened
1/2 stick

butter
2 c

crushed walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 c

shredded coconut

How To Make yummy sweet potato cassarole

Heat oven to 375
Quarter sweet potato and put in casserole dish. Add coconut milk and nuts

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 1/3 cup flour, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 cup of shredded coconut

Mix topping ingredients and pour over sweet potato mix

Bake at 375. for 1 1/2 hour
