Usually get grocery's on Monday so cupboards are pretty bare was looking for something to have with the left over meatloaf and this is what I come up with.

Ingredients For what i got in the house casserole

4 slicebacon (diced)

1 cmacaroni shells (whole grain)

1 ccorn (i use frozen)

1 cbaby limas (i used frozen)

1 Tbspsour cream
-
1/2 cgrated sharp cheddar cheese
-
1/2 cgrated sharp provalone cheese
-
1 cpanko bread crumbs
-
2 Tbspbutter, cold
-
salt and pepper to taste
How To Make what i got in the house casserole

1In a small sauce pan bring salted water to a boil for macaroni shells.

2In large sauté pan brown bacon till crisp, with a slotted spoon remove macaroni from water and add to bacon.

3Put corn and lima beans in water from macaroni. warm through. Drain add to pan with bacon and macaroni, add one tablespoon sour cream and heat through stirring till everything is combined.

4Poor into greased casserole dish, cover the top with cheeses.Put in 350 degree oven till cheese just starts to melt, remove from oven, sprinkle with the bread crumbs, add dollops of butter , put back in oven for about 25 minutes or until bread crumbs are browned.
