unbelievable sausage stuffing

Stuffing was never my favorite. I decided to try my version of stuffing and it turned out wonderful! Perfect for Thanksgiving or Christmas.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
Anyone can make this unbelievable sausage stuffing for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. It's filled with fresh onions, celery, carrots, and chunks of sausage. We used a hearty breakfast sausage, but Italian sausage would be great too. The stale chunks of French bread absorb the broth and turkey drippings. If you forget to cube the bread the night before, pop the cubes in a 200-degree F oven for about 30 minutes to dry them out.
