Ingredients For tangerine praline sweet potato casserole

5 lgsweet potatoes, cooked and smashed

2 smtangerine juice & zest

1/4 corange liqueur (optional)

2 tsppure vanilla extract

1 tspchinese five spice powder
-
1-2 pinchnutmeg
-
1 cansweet condensed milk
-
2 lgeggs, lightly beaten

1 1/2 stickbutter, unsalted & softened **use a little for buttering casserole dish**

1 cbrown sugar, divided
-
1/3 cpecans, chopped
-
1 smcontainer cinnamon crunch cereal, smashed
How To Make tangerine praline sweet potato casserole

1in a large bowl, mix together the sweet potatoes, 1/2 of the brown sugar, eggs, butter, five spice, nutmeg, sweet condensed milk, orange liqueur, vanilla extract, tangerine juice & zest. whip until smooth.

2transfer mixture to a buttered casserole dish

3in medium bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon crunch cereal, pecans. add butter and mix until the mixture is course crumbles. add the topping over the sweet potato mixture

4evenly distribute the topping over the sweet potato mixture

5preheat oven to 350 degrees. bake uncovered for thirty minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.

6**for mini or individual portions use custard cups, small ramekins or a muffin pan. scoop out gently**
