  • 1 lb
    macaroni, elbow
  • 1 c
    whole milk
  • 2 can
    evaporated milk
  • 5
    eggs
  • 1 c
    butter cut into small pices
  • 1/2 lb
    colby cheese shredded
  • 1/2 lb
    monterey jack cheese shredded
  • 1/2 lb
    sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb
    velveeta cheese cut into small chucks salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 c
    mild cheddar cheese

How To Make sweetie pie's macaroni and cheese

    Pre-heat oven to 350
  • 2
    Cook Macaroni according to package and drain and transfer the pasta to a baking dish,and set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine the whole milk,evaporated milk and eggs. Mix with fork until thoroughly combined. Add the butter and Colby, Monterey Jack, Sharp cheddar and Velveeta cheeses to the pasta.

    Season with salt, pepper and sugar and toss.

    Sprinkle the top of the pasta with the remaining cup of cheddar cheese.

    Bake 30-45min or until golden brown.
