I got this recipe years ago from one of our church members. I have tweaked it a bit so it isn't as sweet. Perfect to go along with that turkey or ham during the holidays!

Ingredients For sweet potato souffle

  • 2 c
    mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c
    pecans, in pieces
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter

How To Make sweet potato souffle

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients well and put in casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until not soupy.

    Remove from oven and put topping mix on top and place back in oven for 10 minutes.
