Great side dish for holidays. Easy to put together. Whip together ingredients one day, bake day you are serving.

Ingredients For sweet potato pie

  • 3 c
    sweet potatoes
  • 2
    eggs beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 stick
    butter melted
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • TOPPING - MIX AND SPRINKLE ON TOP
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    flower
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1/2 stick
    butter melted

How To Make sweet potato pie

    Cook sweet potatoes then mash.
  • 2
    Mix and pour into potatoes the eggs beaten, salt, brown sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla. Pour into a 2 qt casserole or an 8 x 10 dish.

    Make topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
