Ingredients For sweet potato casserole

1 cansmall can of coconut

3 ccooked sweet potatoes, drained if using canned

1/2 stickreal butter

2eggs
-
1 csugar
-
1 tspvanilla

dashsalt

1 cbrown sugar

1/2 cflour

1 cchopped pecans

3/4 stickbutter, melted
How To Make sweet potato casserole

1Preheat oven to 350*. Place drained sweet potatoes in a 9x12 casserole dish. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla,and 1/2 stick of melted butter together. Add coconut. Spoon over sweet potatoes.

2Mix brown sugar, flour, and 3/4 stick melted butter and pecans together until well coated. Spoon over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350* for 25 minutes.
