1 csugar

2 can(20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained

3 cmatzo farfel

1/2 cbutter, melted

ground cinnamon
How To Make sweet and tasty passover pineapple kugel

1Combine eggs and sugar in large bowl and beat well, stir in pineapple and set aside.

2Place farfel in another bowl, and add just enough warm .water to cover, allow to sit for 3 minutes and then drain in colander.

3Add farfel to egg mixture and stir well. Add melted butter, and stir well.

4Transfer to greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
