A friend brought this to pitch in for Thanksgiving dinner a few years ago and we fell in love with it. I'm not a fan of coconut but loved this! So easy to make, too.

3 cfrozen winter squash (thawed)

1 csugar

1/4 cevaporated milk

1/4 tspcinnamon

2eggs
-
1 tspvanilla

1/2 cbutter
-
1 ccoconut
- TOPPING:

1 cpecan pieces

1 cbrown sugar

1/2 cbutter

1/2 cflour
How To Make squash praline

1Combine first 7 ingredients and spoon into 9 x 13 baking dish.

2Combine topping ingredients and spread over squash mixture as evenly as possible.

3Bake at 300 degrees for 25-40 mins until brown.
