Ingredients For squash casserole

3-4squash,peeled and sliced

1zucchini,peeled and sliced

114.5oz. can diced tomatoes

1small onion,chopped

2 ccheddar cheese,shredded

1 cbisquick
-
1 cmilk
-
1egg
-
dashsalt and pepper

1/4 cparmesean cheese,grated
How To Make squash casserole

1In a 11x9 casserole dish, layer the sliced squash,zucchini,tomatoes and onion. Sprinkle dash of salt and pepper on top, then layer the Parmesean cheese followed by the cheddar cheese.

2In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, milk and egg. Pour over the layer of cheese.Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes then reduce heat to 325 degrees and finish baking until crust is lightly browned and cheese is bubbly.
