Ingredients For southern creamed corn casserole

15-16 ozcan whole kernel corn

Half cwhole milk or half & half

29-30 ozcream-style corn

1/4 cplain white sugar

5 lgeggs
-
1/3 cslightly cooled melted butter

2 tspslap ya momma low salt seasoning or other cajun ap seasoning

1/4 tspwhite or black pepper
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper

1/4 ccorn starch
How To Make southern creamed corn casserole

1Whisk eggs lightly then combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.

2If using canned corn please drain the whole corn before adding it into the bowl with the other ingredients.

3Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.

4Bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour or until golden brown on top and firm in the center
