smokey bacon green bean casserole

You'd never know that this was a gluten free dish! I took my old green bean casserole recipe (probably from Campbell's,) substituted some gluten-free ingredients, and then added a few twists of my own and... WOW! We couldn't have been more pleased. In all due modesty, this is the best tasting green bean casserole that I've ever eaten. My sometimes picky son concurs! The bacon pieces and smoked ham make all the difference in the world. From now on, this dish will be a new family tradition. It doesn't disappoint! If gluten free scares you, just sub regular soup, onions and soy sauce. And, voila!
