1 lblump crab meat

1 lbshrimp

4 cyellow onions

1 ccelery

4 ozshredded mozzarella cheese

4 ozshredded american cheese

1 stickbutter

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

4 canevaporated milk

2 lgegg yolks

1/2 cself rising flour

2 Tbspdried parsley flakes

How To Make shrimp and crabmeat augratin

1Clean shrimp, and slice in half. Boil shrimp in 3 cups of water and a pinch of Cajun seasoning. Strain and set aside.

2Finely chop onions and celery, and add to a large saucepan with melted butter..cover and simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.

3Add salt and pepper, flour, and cheese. On medium heat cook until cheese melts. Stir in 2 cans of evaporated milk. In separate bowl mix egg yolks with remaining cans of milk.

4Turn heat to low, gradually add egg mixture to saucepan cook until creamy. Add parsley flakes, green onions, shrimp, and crabmeat. Spoon into a 9x13 pan…refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

5Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees F. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
