Ingredients For shoepeg corn casserole

    french style green beans
  • 1 can
    shoe peg corn
  • 1
    small carton sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 1
    small chopped onion
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1
    stack ritz crackers
  • 1 stick
    margarine

How To Make shoepeg corn casserole

  • 1
    drain beans and corn mix add salt and pepper to taste, < Pour into 2-quart casserole. mix sour cream, celery and onions. Pour over beans an corn. Sprinkle cheese over top.

    Crush crackers, sprinkle over cheese, then driz melted margarine over crackers. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
