Ingredients For shoepeg corn casserole

1 canfrench style green beans

1 canshoe peg corn

1small carton sour cream

1 cancream of celery soup

1small chopped onion

1 cgrated cheddar cheese

1stack ritz crackers

1 stickmargarine
How To Make shoepeg corn casserole

1drain beans and corn mix add salt and pepper to taste, < Pour into 2-quart casserole. mix sour cream, celery and onions. Pour over beans an corn. Sprinkle cheese over top.

2Crush crackers, sprinkle over cheese, then driz melted margarine over crackers. Place in a 350 degree oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
