This is a family favorite at the holidays and for birthdays. This is a great side dish for ham or turkey. It can also be served as a desert with vanilla ice cream.

2 csugar

1 can#2 can crushed pineapple

1 qtfresh bread cubes = 1 loaf sandwich bread

2 Tbspmilk

3/4 cbutter

3eggs (beaten)
How To Make scalloped pineapple

1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees Grease 2 quart dish

2Mix sugar and butter, add beaten eggs
-
3fold in bread cubes and crushed pineapple
-
4Cook uncovered for 45 min -1 hour, check at 45 minutes for golden brown and bubbling. Will be very HOT. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
