A great, easy make ahead casserole the whole family will love. I make this for Thanksgiving or for family get togethers. It's easy and everyone loves it.

Ingredients For scalloped broccoli and corn bake

  • 2 oz
    pkg frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 can
    creamed corn
  • 4 lg
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    dried minced onion

How To Make scalloped broccoli and corn bake

    Directions Defrost and drain broccoli. Preheat oven to 350 degrees . Mix together the corn, flour, salt, eggs, and sugar.

    Add the cheese and broccoli mix well and pour into a 3 quart casserole dish.

    Bake 1- 1 1/4 hours or until casserole is set and dry.
